The Tulsa Gun Club is nearing completion on its new 2400 square foot club house.  The club house sits on 10′ pillars and give a commanding view of the grounds.  From the club house you can see the five skeet fields, one trap field, and one 5-stand field and the two pistol/rifle ranges.  

The new club house will offer much improved meeting facilities and expansion of services to members including training sessions by various certified instructors. It will increase capacity for board member meetings which are open to all members. Weekly Range Safety instruction will have much needed room and better privacy.     

The improvements will allow for continued growth while providing flood abatement for the clubhouse at the same time. Portions of the original building will remain, and some items of historic nature will be found in the new building. Watch www.tulsagunclub.com/press-releases for details as they are released.

 YOUTH Program – Scholastic Clay Target Program –

The Scholastic Clay Target Program (SCTP) will hold regularly scheduled practices on Saturdays at 10:00 a.m. at the Tulsa Gun Club.  Kids from 9-19 that are interested in learning to shoot the clay target sports, skeet and trap,  should plan to come out for instruction on shooting these sports and information on the program.  Youth will learn to shoot a shotgun from a qualified instrutor and compete with youth their own age.  

The Oklahoma SCTP State Championships will be held at the Tulsa Gun Club on June 11th, 2011.

 Tulsa Gun Club – 2011 Registered Skeet Shoots –

Skeet shoots will be held on March 18-20 for the St. Patrick’s Day Shoot and in July on 22-24 for the T-Town shoot.

These will be 500 birds events with doubles on Friday afternoon and 12 and 20 gauge events on

Saturday and .28 and .410 events on Sunday.
